Out of Shadows: Album release concert

On Tuesday April 11 bassist and singer Daniel de Boer and his band will perform at Treehouse NDSM in Amsterdam. The concert is dedicated to the release of his debut album Out of Shadows, which he made last year while studying music at Berklee College of Music in Valencia. The music of Out of Shadows is a mix of cultures and styles that come together in the pop idiom and on his debut musicians from sixteen countries play along, partly with traditional instruments, giving the album a unique and powerful sound. The overarching theme of the project is connection. Connection in Music and connection of diverse people and cultures. The performance is part of a tour through the Netherlands on which Daniel will be joined by musicians he met in Valencia. There will be two short openers who begin at 8:30.
