During the Via Berlin Cafés in January 2024, we will create four different programs together with the course of ‘Interdisciplinary Social Sciences’ at the University of Amsterdam. In the run-up to these Cafés, the ISS students have conducted research based on the principle of ‘Arts Based Research’. A method with which we connect art, society and science.

 

Each Café is dedicated to a social partner who has submitted research questions to us around the theme of ‘dangerous relationships’. These partners are; Beyond Equality, Blijfgroep, Veilig Thuis, Our Bodies Our Voice.

 

The Cafés are a special occasion filled with interviews, live music, Spokenword, Zines, Visual arts, Photography and good food.
