Memento Mori workshop and Samhain Ceremony

Memento Mori (Latin for ‘remember you must die’) has been used for centuries as a spiritual and artistic tool. Remembering that life is temporary helps focus the mind on the important things in life.

In this workshop:

> Explore the symbolism of elements from the vanitas genre of art history
> Build your own ‘memento mori’ using mixed media techniques
> Reflect on your own life and death in a ceremonial setting

This weekend I am joined by special guest, ceremony facilitator and pianist Anima Lab, for a special Samhain version of the Memento Mori workshop. We will honour our ancestors and other departed loved ones with a ceremony and Samhain altar. Anima Lab will lead us through a journey of transformation.

This work goes deep, so we are keeping it to a small and intimate group.
